Privacy Policy
This policy explains how account, payment proof, test attempt, and support information is handled.
1. Platform usage
Testify PK provides online MCQ assessments for individual learners and institute-managed students. Users must provide accurate account information and must not misuse test access, payment proof upload, result pages, or institute links.
2. Payments and approvals
Local payments are reviewed by the platform administrator or institute administrator where applicable. Access is provided only after approval. Rejected or unclear payments may require a new proof upload or support contact.
3. Test access and conduct
Students must complete tests honestly within the allowed time window. The system may record warnings for tab switching, copy/paste attempts, right-click actions, or other restricted actions during protected tests.
4. Results and certificates
Results are calculated based on selected answers and available scoring rules. Certificates are issued only when certificate settings and pass requirements are met.
5. Support
For payment, account, institute invitation, or test access issues, users should contact support through the support ticket system or contact page.
